El Placer, Colombia

This coffee is what David and Josh used at the Barista Competition and Brewers’ Cup this year, 2024. Paradigm Spark Flagship Cafe also served it briefly in Summer 2023. This coffee has very noticeable grape notes with a hint of cooling sensations, which is unique in coffee and what makes this coffee special. Most of these unique flavor aspects come from the extended long fermentation time at lower temperatures, along with a blend of additional coffee cherry juice and pulp. Savor one of the most unique coffees!
